When I first started on my fitness journey, one of the hardest things to give up was my caffeine free diet soda. One of my trainers told me that if it was the carbonation I missed, then to mix seltzer with juice. However now that I'm more fit, I want to omit the sugar from the juice. I came across these in Costco one day, when they were being sampled.
From the first sip I was hooked!! I tasted the Black Raspberry (which is still my favorite), and it was like I was drinking a desert!
Get this, NO sugar, ZERO calories! And ESSENTIAL VITAMINS and ANTIOXIDANTS! Check out these awesome Nutrition Facts:
- Sparkling ICE is an excellent source of B-Vitamins, Vitamin D and antioxidants.
- B-Vitamins are known to play an important role in helping your body obtain energy from food. They may also be important for normal appetite, healthy skin, good vision, a healthy nervous system and red blood cell formation. Vitamin D is widely known to play a significant role in overall health – in particular bone strength.
- Sparkling Ice also contains Green Tea Extract, which is known to have powerful levels of antioxidants. That is too funny. It is a small world. I went there from 2001-2005 and my husband went from 2000-2004. I wanted to minor in photography but didn't have the time. We visit back there every now and then to see Mr. Brandes (did you know him?)
ReplyDeleteI miss going to paint on the beaches as well and figure painting class and everything. College there was super fun.
I was in the sorority there. What years did you go? It has changed so very much. Looks completely amazing now. I have a Ringling buddy now :)
Its so funny, I never heard of the school and my mom pushed me to apply because one of my uncles went there a long time ago. And I see now its one of the top art schools around. So very cool that we found each others blogs on here
I haven't noticed these at the Costco here in Ohio but will look for them next time. I've given up my Diet Coke time after time but always go back to drinking it. Thanks for the review-I'll definitely give
