Unlimited vegetables. It's very comparable to the Atkins (when done right.) So you would have to nix the yogurt until you reached a weight you like. BUT there are a number of different flavored whey proteins out there if you were craving that fruity taste. I once got a strawberry banana that was pretty good!<br /><br />Also, the amount I eat is for my particular weight range. It's a lot of food to fuel a vigorous exercise regiment (daily bootcamps, weight lifting and cardio intervals.) BUT people who are not on a strict exercise program have succeeded with this diet on small portion sizes.
